Modern,clean and super staff, big comfortable rooms with full kitchen facilities. If they keep the price sensible this is a gem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very affordable. It was a very pleasant stay overall.Central area in Deira, polite and friendly staff, studio room comfortable and clean, great rates and food quite nice. It is a new hotel. Everything is nice about this new hotel.

Everything. good map to be easy to reach,Buffet breakfast needs more itmes to add and no chairs around swimming pool. hotel stuff were excellent.The Hotel was superb value for money if you want to hire a car in Dubai and just want a near luxury apartment with all the hotel facilities close to al mamzar beach (best beach resort near dubai) beach only 5min drive and fairly easy drive to jameirah beach road 30 min by car or taxi. Oh and the hotel is located on street behind the Ramada Continental Hotel on abu Hail Road as we got lost. The Staff were helpful, they made our stay an excellent experince. This is relativelt new hotel everything in the room is in excellent condition. Rooms are 4 star rated.Overall atmosphere very friendly. We had a 1 bedroom apartment while staying here which we found to bevery spacious for our 9 night stay especially as it was cleaned each dayat our convenience. Room was large and clean except for stained carpet. The hotel is very good I lik it. Hotel upgraded our room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment which was palatial. Nice furniture, big rooms and quiet. The kitchen was good and easy car parking in the basement.very clean, warm welcome, friendly staff, new hotel with quality furnishings and nice bedding sheets. friendly environemt. the room. very pleasant standing, spacious rooms, quietfull, perfect location of the hotel you can find absolutly everything just outside (even rent a ferrari!).Mrs Amal at the reception was very helpful, as well as the concierge.great deal, i'll be back definitelly!. location, good customer service. excellent food especially breakfast which was included in the price. excellent ceanliness of room, and other areas. proximity to Terminal 2. Very quite hotel. Hotel was great but the location was poor as the transport infrastructure in Dubai is very poor.Size of rooms, breakfast included was great. Proximity to airport. General cleanliness of the hotel facilities.Parking. hotel was clean and the room was spacuse. The rooms are in good size and so is the kitchen. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped..the appartment/room was ok, but Breakfast was poor and we had a construction site just next door. We asked to switch rooms because i've been sick for a week and nobody even made any effort of trying or talking to us about this. 3 different people said we didn't have to pay extra or full if we'd check out earlier but they tried to anyway!!. Nothing. It was one of the worst hotels I ever visited.Cost of transfer from airport is excessive, considering the short distance. We did not know that there would be a washing machine and if we had known, we could've brought soap powder with us. Also, there was nothing to wash our dishes with or dry them with in the kitchen. Our taxi to the airport was late and then it still took ages for it to leave and so we were late for check-in at the airport. Need early check-in option, most flights arrive very early in the morning.Everything is great about this hotel. No alcoolic beverages available. More kinds of deferent foods for the breakfast. and the restaurant free from fly. Superb hotel and great value for money if your hiring a car or for a short stay luxury apart hotel within 2 miles from airport.The hotel location is the only negative about it and its hard to stop a Taxi outside the hotel. No dvd or cd player as advertised and don't expect to get a taxi fromhotel just go out on street and hail one much quicker!. Difficult to find without using the hotel location map and the many road work diversions are a nuisance. Note, close to the airport without noise but far away from Dubai's tourist attractions. The location is excellent. However, it is difficult to reach the hotel. Extremely hard to arrange taxi. Hotel kept pushing their own private car which was generally twice the price of the taxi fare. We recommend to have internet facility in the rooms as it will ease the work of the traveller and if possible to include it with the room rate and to be given free of charge to the guest. That is the only comment I have against the hotel. The hotel is very hard to find and is difficult to access due to lots of major road works in the area. If going by taxi the road is directly behind the Ramada Hotel at Hor Al Anz. The kitchen is totally bare so you will have to buy tea cofee, washing cloth and liquid if you want to use it. There is no internet in the room but do have wifi in lobbty. INternet cafe across the road is good. Internet in reception only, no hotel bar, (but use ramada hotel's within walking distance ) charged for airport car then sent me in bus which should have been free, no sun beds on roof next to pool ?. dirrections to get there and their location. Not many bad points; the housekeeper didn't cooperate too much when we asked a little help for the kitchen equipements, and few receptionists (except mrs Amal) were not very smiling.The boy at the gymnase-club should relax and not push out the clients from the room...the price of the phone bills, poor transportation link. swimming pool area could be improved by providing sun lounges for customers. The breakfast buffet is always late, supposed to at 7am, and the staff arrive at 0730am. there was no multiplug available to fit my electrical cord for my laptop. location, very hard to get a taxi. Hotel offers a private taxi but costs nearly double than a normal taxi plus is very hard to get the private one as they dont seem to have many drivers. Very poor internet access, only available in hotel lobby.location we spent two hours to get a Taxi+view. Evident lack of coordination between different departments of the hotel. Staff still need training on how to handle customers down to the detail of even being simply pleasant. Only one person out of over 15 staff we met was pleasant to us.breakfast time, cleaning, staff, internet. not every body speaks english in the hotel no taxi around the hotel no turist information. The hotel staff attitude, the noises of construction and the fact thatthere is no Internet facility on the room and only cable in thereception for over priced rate of 25DHS/Hour. They charged me amounts for things that I never had from the mini bar, and when I told them that I never used anything from the mini bar they refused to trust me and were very inexperienced on dealing with customers, and said that you have to pay all the amounts in their fake bill.... I never faced such treatment before in any hotel in any country.The Staff isn't well trained, construction next door woke us at 6am, the people in charge come on the phone but don't talk to you in person even if you ask them too and they absolutely make no effort to give you a comfortable stay. Kind of hard to find with their directions too!. Cleanless, the staff is not polite, Definately not recommended.
