Spinneys is across the street and that is so convenient. the public beach is across the street and since you are in Dubai, anything public is practically luxury. Wonderful beach. I will use this location for my next trip. This is a smaller yet a quite and overall, a great hotel. The staff are very attentive to questions and request. Once we learned the area better we found that it is in a very good location. Plenty of shopping and food plus, a Spinneys food store about a 5 minute walk away. Very spacious appartments,and the swimming pool and terrace on the roof are perfect for bussiness travellers,you can get some sun in the morning without having to walk too far.Staff was also very friendly !!!I'll be comming back there as soon as I can!. I like the hotel very much because its location is very nice and the rooms are very good and clean but I wish if you help me to give me a discount because I'm from Abu Dhabi and everytime a go to dubai and go to the same hotel and thanks. The staff was too rode regarding the checkout not helpfull at all no communication skills the toilet is too small. Smell of cigarette smoke but UAE have different attitude to smoking. The view from the room was a wall on the other side of a passageway. I did not even see the sky except by leaning out of the window. Furthermore, it was not always easy to get a taxi, and the reception staff did not have any taxi telephone numbers to call. The Call to Prayer from the Mosque was quite loud the first couple of nights, but we didn't notice after that. Nothing to tell. aircon was very cold, could not control it. very nice and peasant staff. The price. Noisy Location Traffic and Mosque prayer calls. No washing machine... Also all through out hotel there was not very nice smell. We had to ask for scented candles as soon as we entered the room. Smells and cleaning level in the hotel and take in account first namaz starting 5.20 in the morning. Kitchen basics such as detergent and tea towel are not supplied. Our initial apartment had a very strong cigarette smoke smell in the bed room. the rooms not having a decent view where you only see from the window walls. There was a funny smell that we couldn't be rid of. The sheets were too small for the huge bed. The outdoor noise and the 3 am noise from people in the hallways. We needed to check out early because of a flight we were not refunded money for that day. smell in the bed covers and toilets towels. Smoke smell in Toilles. Very Noisy. Windows seemed to be open but they werent. Housekeeping threw out our food. The room was not clean enough. There was a strong smell (possibly urine) in the bathroom. We also found a used condom under the mattress. This was our second stay in this hotel, first stay was very pleasant. Second stay was not, unfortunately. Service so bad. Not close to anything including transport.SMELLED.Not clean.No pots and pans in dirty kitchen.Although given codes several times poor to no WIFI.Their idea of secure storage for baggage,the hallway around the bend from the front door.
