The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly.
