The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. I have stayed there on 2 occassions for 4 nights each time. The staff was incredible! So helpful and kind!! We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

But that is just a teeny tiny thing in comparison with the amazing hotel and staff.The room service food which we had on 3 occassions was really bad quality. On really hot days, if the poolside was full there were not enough sun umbrellas to match the pool loungers and some people had to sit in full sun. The staff did try to rectify this by borrowing umbrellas from the Cafe Undicci on the resort but they should have this covered given the climate. The breakfast is very poor. There was a lot of noice surrounding the room at nite from a boiler room.We rang prior to arriving to the hotel, informing that we would be arriving at 7pm. We were very surprised that our room was not ready!. the playground was very bad. rooms setup. rooms design. The Rom cleaning was soooooooo poor and always need to call the housekeeping to ask for another cleanning specially they do not use any detol or airrefreshment .the bad smell.also children playground is not mainted and less choieses. The furniture was very old which does not suit a 4 star hotel, the room was smelly and AC was not working so we have been shifted to another room. I think the hotel is very nice but needs a total renovation. very old and tired, closed beach, size of living room. the service wasn't good; suite was old and not very clean; food was just OK.1-Nearby Room Cleaning at 5:30 am !!! 2-Airconditioning system, doors, walls and Furniture need maintenance. 3-Hotel can not be regarded as 4 Stars hotel. The Resort was old and the location is far from Airport, shoppingMalls, no internet and Reception Staff weren't helpfull they couldn'tguide me or suggest anything at least good resturants. The tone of theroom telphones were so noisy. Food was terrible specially at the"Breakfast Included". Baby cot werent provided on time coz no onepicked up the phone.
