all staff dealing nice helpful. I'd like to have more special doors and pathes because not to mix with un-Muslims people.Staff was very cooperative. Location is very good. Toilories and Laundry supply was good. Silince and comfort. size of the room. privacy. Attended a South Africa song Festival at Baracuda Beach Resort. clean , and the garden simple and nice.

Staff are good and they behave in a good way. The resort looks nice and has swimming pool and cheap buffet restaurant. the place is clean and janice in the reception is accommodating. Leaving -- before spending the night. the location. near to beach. The position of the hotel was ideal for access to local amenities and beaches. The hotel in Good Road and receptionest is polite. Lady at the reception was nice.Yes, in terms of resturant. There's no vareity in food. today is such as yesterday. Decoration style and furnitures are old,. blanktes not clean.no toothbrush and toothpaste. Bath rooms neet to be upgraded. Put a plug in the washbasisn and have a shower curtain to prevent splashing water all over the floor and break your neck when walking on the floor.Alsi check yot plugs. They are worn and cannot accommodate a charger for mobile phone.the shared bathrooms . Response to special requests "I askedfor an extra pillow and waited for4 hours, and even though it was not brought". Internet connection are not accessible on the room. only downstairs. They should have a WIFI accessible within hotel vicinity especially inside hotel rooms. Very shabby old rooms,leaking pipes tatty furniture.Bathroom needed severe update. would only recommend if you can look beyond the tired and dated fixtures and decor. Otherwise, basic value for money accommodation with friendly staff. They need more cleanliness, room was not cleaned during our stay. Idea of sharing bathroom with other rooms is not acceptable especially if you accompany your family.Beach is not for bathing and very far to town. Shared bathroom - we had it for our selves at the time. we woke up the next morning at 8am just to hear people repairing and we called up the reception, she also complained to me that she warned those people and reported it to the manager but no reaction whatsoever. until past 10am our sleep was ruined. I just hope you can advise a nicer hotel with good amenities. Thank you. I was asked to pay two nights in cash upon registering. This was unusual but I complied. Upon viewing the tired room and worn and grimy bath, I decided I would not stay and checked out. I asked for and was refunded one night. it is not clean. change administration staff - very bad service. The room booked was not available on arrival even though we had booked it for the previous day knowing that we would be arriving very early in the morning and would require access to it, instead we were given a smaller dirty room and informed that this was the only one available .it took untill later in the evening of the second day for the room that we had booked was made available for us .bathrooms broken no lights and dirty, not good for family, not comfortable. This hotel has seen its glorious days looong time ago. Rooms were dirty and some guests smoked very heavily, so there are no non-smoking rooms, not really. Renovations were done but won´t think that will save this dump. Will never ever go to this horrible place again.nothing was good, there are not professional at all and we should ask many time about something to finish on time.
