The hotel was nice, clean, and worth the money. Very cheap considering being close to Dubai, and situated close to the beautiful corniche. the price,. the staff is accommodating. Hotel Staff are so helpful and welcoming guests courtesly. very good location. the price and location. Spacious rooms. The price, flexibility of checkout time and the night staff.

It is too far from the main attractions of Dubai so the cheap rate doubles every day you stay, what with taxi fares etc. don't stay in this hotel it is a trash. We spend 6 hours in the room - did not appreciate the leaking toilet and noisy due to mosque opposite the building. Location. absolutely a Rat hole. It was a terrible experience. i did not like anything. Some small things were not fixed; there were things missing in the bathroom and they didnt clean the rooms every day. the trash , garbage,, around the hotel. not likely but like i mentioned above the bedsheets and pillow cover must be checked carefully coz some stains we notice. Electricity maintenance needed, Shower curtains needed, hairdryer not working, bedroom side lamp not working, broken materials such as table and bathroom mirror, windows are dirty and should be washed, Air refresher shall be in rooms,. manger is cooperative person only night shift staff very bad. not clean properly specially the bath and wordrobe. Hotel needs upgrading and some reparations. Lot of problems I have faced with this hotel. The room, I have booked was not available and I was made 2 hours waiting, which was completely exhaustive, as I was checking in just after whole night traveling with my family and 3 year kid. Further, the nets were broken of windows and water was not passing in bathroom. The day time attendant has got serious attitude problem and never shown.staff at night do not understand English, The Bathrooms not properly cleaned- stinking smell was coming. no towels, old building, no internet connection, etc.Too far from anything of interest in Dubai. Rude receptionist who wanted to keep our passports in save keeping. Cheap run down building!. -No booking found for me after big dissection they give me room. -At the beginning they give me bad room and they change the room for me. Room and Bathroom was not clean. -No services no body help me to carry my luggage to the room. -They lost my reservation paper which I gave them. To make check out.the hotel was very very very bad and old and not clean , very dirty and the price directly from reception was cheaper than reservation through booking site , i make reservation before through letsbookhotel.com to london and paris and it was very nice but this time the hotel was very bad . just the name. i did not like everything. the room, ambiance, bathroom, cleanliness, a/c, etc. were all poor. we changed room three times because we were at the wrong room then a/c did not work. rooms are generally it was not clean. the bed sheet and bed covers smell like it was just used by someone. there were molds in the toilet/bathroom. bathroom was always wet because of leaking pipes. staff don`t have any information about the request of the room i ask for no smoking room, recepetionest did not have any i dea whats go n on..
