Friendly reception. Helpful staff. Great choice and quality of breakfast. Convenient to town centre and promenade. Clean and comfortable room with spacious and clean en suite. Proper bath towels - not flimsy short things of many other places. All in all a great place to stop.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Its cheap , its very cheerful, the owners were extremely helpful as parking isnt great but they sorted a pass for nearby.
Really enjoyable, nothing too much trouble - great break.
We found this hotel to b just what we wanted it was in a great position for all amenities without being noisy, very friendly, clean and breakfast was lovely, would definitely book there again Good value!!.

owners lovely and left you alone had a front door key so could stay out late without restrictions, food lovely, room clean and spacious.
We used this hotel because it was convenient to the town centre.and within easy reach for our goldwing light parade display weekend.

The hotel was minutes from all amenities the staff were friendly and very helpful the breakfast was absolutely delicious,and again the staff were pleasant and helpful during breakfast.Would definitely stay there again and recommend to other people. For the price you cant fault.

Well to be honest the flight of stairs to second floor were both got dodgy knees but it happens cant be helped we put up with it would go again ask for lower floor.

The view from our window looked out into a courtyard with lots of dog mess. The wifi didn't work in the room.

Barking dogs at night in room 1. Partner knocked on their door at 1.00am after avin endured the noise most of the night but no-one would answer!.
