I was very pleased with my room "studio200". The reception staff was very helpful and I felt well looked after after a long day of moving house. Also the "3D"shower in the room was wonderful!!!. enjoyed use of pool and hot tub, good friendly staff and overall good atmosphere. excellent food for breakfast. The hotel was of a very good standard. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly.

We decided at last minute to have a continental breakfast brought to our room instead of dinning in the restaurant and this was no problem and at no extra cost. Definately would stay again, the price is worth it. The hotel was luxurious and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast (the only meal we had in the hotel) was lovely and served by staff who were friendly and helpful.During our short stay at the hotel, we found the staff to be very courteous and helpful, particularly at Breakfast. Steam room not functioning when we were there (could have done with it after being out in the rain all day). We wanted to use the facilities of the massage therapist but on the monday and wednesday she was not there and no replacement had been arranged and for the one day that she was there she was fully booked. Breakfast coffee was poor.price very high. location,. the only let down was the food prices and the breakfast charged at £15 per person and for a family can work out expensive. the hotel holiday inn only charges £8 per person full english breakfast. this would make a difference when choosing some where to stay. Ironing board in room in inconvenient place and very small. Distance from Tunbridge Wells. Although dining room staff were nice and friendly, the dining room itself was much too bright. Lighting was almost too clinical. It was not a particularly quiet or romantic venue. Also, the design of the bar and the 'lounge' leading to the restaurant was more of a passageway than a room which did not lead to a particularly quiet atmosphere.They need more staff. The dear girl at the front desk has to do it all and you have to wait while she does her very best to take care of everyone. If you need a cab arrange it the night before or you will be late. If you want to swim in the pool with your child get there before 6pm. My 9 year old was not allowed in the sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi so neither was I because I had to stay with her. Bathroom fittings look old and dated. Shower weak and barely warm.the hotel staff could have been a lot better, if you are going to have a strarter and a main for dinner order them one at a time or they will come out at the same time. quite expensive and I have acquired a nasty irritating rash all over I suspect due to their cheap bath/shower gel. Yes poor room service, pricing problems, language barrier with easterneu people working there - the Hotels charge top money and employ cheappeople - not right!!. Called Reception on phone - no reply so had to keep going down. Problem with phone maybe? Bathroom needed re-grouting as mildew around bath - just needed a good deep clean. Room along way from car park - steps in between so no service trolley for baggage. No porter. Modern Hotel designed more for Weddings and business conference so lacked warmth and welcome of older Hotel but remained functional.Breakfast as often with buffet style breakfasts was chaotic. No airconditioning, very poor window security for ground floor rooms, not enough car parking. Breakfast buffet was a mad free for all, constantly having to wait for items, very slow clearing tables. Ordered newspapers, but they never came.standard of food in restaurant very poor and incredibly over-priced. key did not work; beds uncomfortable. Poor maintenance. Breakfast was very poor and the dining room very cold every morning!. Room smelt when we first went in, bed squeaked and only 1 bath towel laid out - no advice where other towel was. Dried urine on toilet seat, 2nd twin divan bed had broken frame. lack of supplies in room. Ran out of toilet roll.

Travelling from the north:
- From London, the M25 and Gatwick, take the Sevenoaks/ Hastings exit at junction 5 of the M25.
- Follow the A21 southbound, bypassing Tonbridge.
- The road becomes a single carriageway.
- Continue to the 1st roundabout following the signs for Pembury Hospital.
- The hotel is located 450 metres past the hospital on the left, just before the traffic lights.

Travelling from the south:
- From Brighton and the south take the A27 Lewes Road and follow the road via Lewes.
- Follow the A26 to Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells.
- Follow the signs to Wells town centre and turn right at the traffic lights into Crescent Road.
- Follow signs to Pembury.
- At the next roundabout turn right into Calverley Road.
- At the next traffic lights turn left onto Pembury Road. -
