we went to see man u. so location was great. also clenliness and comfort of the rooms & facilties.

Asked for low floor as one member of our group was old. but placed on 12th floor. And thought cost of food exesive.Also payment taken in advance without my consent.

We went to see Warhorse and the location was perfect..We couldn't fault anything,and will stay there again.The breakfast was very good.

Proximity to theatre.

We are used to breakfast being included in the price of our hotel stays and felt that a continental breakfast would be a reasonable addition to the price. £99 +£7 for parking = very expensive theatre visit.

Excellent hotel with great tram links to city centre. Rooms clean and comfortable, friendly staff, plenty of choice for breakfast.

On return to the hotel at 23.30 on the sat night we found bar already closed, as residents we thought we could obtain a night cap, alas not to be.

MediaCity is fully correspond to 4-stars definition: it's clean with all necessary facilities to relax during vacations and business trips.

Hovewer my banking card was pre-authoraised with corresponding booking + 50,-poundextra deposit charge, there was a temptation of the hotel staff to get the whole stay price once again when I was cheking out - the professionalism of the staff must be definetelly improved.

All staff were great. Room very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Very easy to get to from Manchester Piccadilly - Metrolink (pink line tram) from station (lower concourse) direct to MediaCity (last stop) then 2 min walk to hotel. Brilliant.

Only that I would have appreciated provision of more milk pots in the room - I haven't yet stayed in a hotel, UK or abroad, which provided enough milk for my taste and I always have to ask for more!!

I booked a twin room for myself and a work colleague but when I arrived was given a double and told that there was a sofa bed. When we arrived in the room the sofa bed was not made up. We had to share the double. Not impressed!

The hotel was close to Old trafford which was the main reason for our trip to Manchester. The room was big very clean!The staff were always willing to help.Overall really enjoyed and would def stay again.

I liked everything however maybe if they had a pool and spa it would have been that extra bonus .

It was a room for the disabled, which was fine until you got to the bathroom. We didn't feel comfortable or romantic in that surrounding.

The location is brilliant, Media City and Salford Quays have a really good atmosphere. The hotel room was warm and cosy, and it is really easy to get into Manchester City Centre by tram as there is a tram stop right outside the hotel.

The pipes making noise kept me up for a lot of the night and kept waking me up. The curtain was dirty and there was a massive crack in our window. The room didn't have proper soap and body wash, there were just fittings on the walls that were hard to use.

Near Lowry museum, and outlet mall. Very easy for tram into Manchester city. Staff were efficient (they originally put us in a twin room but changed it to double room with no fuss). Large room, comfortable bed. Good location given that we wanted to visit the Lowry museum. Canal area has been very well renovated - good for tourists.

Charged extra for car parking, although that was fully described on website prior to booking, so no real problem.

The staff were exceptional, and kind of surprisingly all local. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent considering it was a buffet.

executive room described as having chocolates - it was a 2 finger kitkat! Also the hotel is situated above the BBC building but the tv could not get signal for any bbc channels absolutely ridiculous

The staff were excellent, so helpful to us and made our stay special for us. The manager really went out of her way to get us a beautiful room for our anniversary and I can't fault her at all. The hotel was lovely, and clean. Within easy reach to the tram.

Bar prices and breakfast in room was the most random ever - a side plate of baked beans and the cooked breakfasts were clumped on one meat and one veggy plate which had to be pit together ourselves and was cold when we had done this dispute paying £33 for the options. Orange juice was massively watered down also
