Location and the comfort, great size ideal for a couple or family of four. No reception desk but if you called the number provided the staff where very helpful and made our stay welcome. Location.CLosest to entertainment.Spacious living-dining area.We were provided with extra harder mattress when we asked for it. Spotless clean, complete apartment. Direct access to all Local sights. all reviews » I like the location- furniture - services (wifi and extra bed)- room space is big. Good quality towels and bed linen - location for west end and good eating places. No lift.NO conditioning.When I asked about these two items about two weeks before my stay,I got a negative answer only one week before my stay when deadline for cancellation had passed and full payment was deducted from my account.Besides,the mattress is very soft.Cleaning and towel change only once in 8 nights stay. A lot of stairs- no place for left luggage. There was very little toilet paper left on the roll and none to replace. Checking after 2pm is bit constraining. Wrong door code was provided!. All the stairs up to the apartment. climbing flights and flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Some warning of the amount would have been useful. No air conditioning & no elevator. Flat E is 78 stairs from street level. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or traveling with heavy bags. The sofa was uncomfortable and far too low. We are a couple of 70 year old fairly fit, but we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to our flat No. E with four heavy suitcases. I would like to have been told the stair situation in advance and would have been no way would I have taken this apartment. Rang the Agent but go no-where. There is a security issue. Three hours after I made the booking thru internet, another charge was made on my card without my knowledge for 670 pounds from screwfix store in Yeomen. There was no cleaning arrangements and toilet paper had to be bought by me!. I asked the telephone assisstant of the company. I do not remember her name and I asked her if there was a way that I could leave my luggage once I was chenking out because I had a late flat and they just simply said it was impossible for them. I do think that people in charge do not like to work. Condoms found in room suggesting that it was not cleaned properly - an instant turn-off. Carrying luggage up to rooms via extensive stairs - no lift. no luggage storage facility.
