Very convenietly placed in central London in a quiet street, Staff very helpful and pleasant. Within five minutes walking distance of Green Park Tube. It was recommended to me by a friend.

room was very small. street noise. noisy hallways. staff was generally helpful, but could have been more responsive on a couple of points but seemed overtaxed at moments (e.g. during a phone call to the concierge re: a theatre inquiry, we were forwarded to a neighboring hotel's concierge, who didn't understand why we were forwarded to him, which was embarrassing).

the only thing I did not like it was the air condition was working properly and the toliet flush was not working at all i satyed three night until it was fixed on monday the hotel staff offered to me on the second night another room becuase the first night the hotel was fully booked, anyhow when i moved to the other room i could not stayed because the air condition was not working, left was not w

Very friendly staff, quiet rooms and no disturbance from other guests as hotel is small. Good firm beds with decent linen. Will definitely return.

It is a nice small hotel where the main bedrooms if small are nicely fitted out

The tried to pap me and my colleague off with an apartment round the corner from the hotel. it was cold and not fitted to anything like the standard of the hotel rooms

Excellent location for Central London. Buckingham Palace, The Mall,Leicester Square, Oxford Street, Picadilly Circus and Covent Garden.Also the room is back from the main street and very quite for London.

The room was quite small and there were a few hairs in the sink and onthe side- only minor issues.

We stayed in an apartment and had to have a hotel staff member unlock our building each time we returned to the hotel. It would have been more convenient if we had been provided with a key to the building.

The booking stated a large room with Queen size bed - it was a small room with a normal double bed.

Very pleasant staff

Food - this was not as described on menus (e.g. salmon waldolf salad was salmon with a bit of lettuce and some tomato and nothing else) and food was also not always well cooked (steak was overcooked). Also steak ordered was for a very young child (so naturally very small) with small portion of chips but full adult cost still charged - this was disappointing. I would reccomend hotel but not restaurant

Convenience of location

Lack of TV channel options-no sports esp. Room service very poor. Ordered hot food after arriving only to be disappointed by the unavailability of hot food after 10pm-this was not mentioned on the room service menu. Breakfast never arrived at all-I had to miss breakfast. Dinner order took 1 hour 20 mins. Staff lied that restaurant was full when in fact it was empty at 8.30 when order placed, etc.
