The location was excellent . Near to lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Most London attractions were within 1-1.5 miles eg Houses of Parliament, Leicester Sq,Trafalgar Sq etc. Clean and tidy apartment with excellent facilities . A good location - next to the Green Park, it's a 3 minute walk to underground station, near the Buckingham palace. A cozy apartment for a family but staying there is not cheap whilst the apartment is not a luxurious one.

Save some money, eat what you want when you went, plus free wi-fi and nice furnishings. The location is really great. Close to shops, restaurants, city attractions and the tube. It's also a really quiet street which was great since you are in the middle if London. The location is perfect, only minutes walk to food store, tube station and Burkingham. Also close to shopping centres and restaurants. And the house manager is very helpful. The manager was so honest and gentle. We gave him by mistake 100 pound extra and he retured them to us when he discoved it after 30 mintues. Close to underground and walking distance of many attractions and there was a park to sit in and reflect on the day. Very convenient especially as we parked at Q park on Park Lane which was only £24 per 24 hours. The location of the apartment was GREAT! And the attention of Victor and Maria Isabel also. The 2-bed room apartment was really spacious, especially compared to those typical small hotel rooms in London zone 1. The location is also fabulous. You can easily walk to Piccadilly and Trafalgar circus, West end, Hyde park, and Buckingham palace. All of these places are within 5 to 20 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is also furnished with various cookeries, dish washer, electric kettle, microwave oven, big refrigerator and fridge, . Bedrooms were a little small but I would expect that in central London. I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was not working for 7 of the 8 days of my visit. But not the fault of the staff. Hearing the people above us getting in at 4.30am because of the creaky floors was not great. Expensive, but it's understandable since its location is great. The reciption in other location & you can hear steps of upper apartment. Absolutely nothing. The floor was noise. No thing. The hot water for the shower is 'really' hot and it's difficult to adjust to the right temperature with the cold water faucet. Most of the furniture were worn off, and the floor creaks a lot. Was withdrawn 50 pounds of my visa after one day i leaving the apartment without my knowledge and when you ask them about the reason they say that I left the apartment is not clean and this deceit and stupidity of them, because every day they cleaning the apartment, and I left only shopping bags and this is very easy to remove,,,,,. 1. 3 floors to walk up with the elevator out-of-service during entire stay. 2.entire electricity in the apt. out-of-order 2 times in 3 days. 3. concierge not on the premises to repair electricity rapidly. 4. entrance completely blocked by furniture: fire -evacuation danger as well as feels like a tenement entrance. Not clean Shower does not work and it is not the water pressure! Needs new shower head. Very poorly maintained.
