When I arrived my room wasn't ready yet but stuff was very helpful and gave me another room which was even bigger than the one i've booked. The room was very clean and everything inside is quite new. Also, I really like the area, with restaurants, clubs, art galleries, and very close to the main stations too. My family liked everything about the family apartment at Landmark. All the facilities described on the web site were present and properly working. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. We would come back here when we are back in London again.
all reviews » Executive apartment in this hotel was very nice. Beautiful design, large TV, comfortable bed, clean kitchen and bathroom. Location is superb, tube is 2 minutes walk away. Would book here again. Hotel is small and it feels that you are living in your own house. I rented a movie box for just 10 box from the reception and could see as many movies I wished. That was great. Location is ideal. its a failry modern appartment - not huge but it is central London. I dont have any complaints. Great hotel in the City. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Noise included sirens (single glazed), revellers till 5am returning from Shoreditch night out, micro bore toilet behind headboard grinds every hour or so, knocks on the room door from other residents at 3am - no doubt revellers looking for companions. Cheap bed with uncomfortable mattress. It was perfect - exactly what we were looking re price, comfort, location. The standard room was really small. In the pictures the rooms look lot bigger. Rather cramped, too light, could do with better curtains. Room too small for four Only one mirror - not good when four girls trying to get ready for a night out. Sign in toilet - nothing but paper down toilet -but no bin in there to dispose of any other products. View of bins from two windows not appealing - a few tall plants would hide the rubbish!. Small penthouse apartment. I am completely disatisfied with my stay it is not at all what I accepted. The site was a mess and still under construction I booked a romantic get away for me and my partner. However we were woken up by builders at 8am drilling in the room next to us. The walls were so thin you could hear all the conversations directly outside our room. It honestly ruined what was meant to be a relaxing couple of days off work. I travel to london quiet offten have stayed in number of different appatments, by far lanmark appartments have been WORST!!Staff and the attendence There were visible drak hair on the bedding, No one was on recpetion The bedding was not changed! The central heading was not working. We did make a complain.
