I expected that breakfast is quite simple in England but this hotel served various dishes(buffet style) to me. I'm very happy.

the sauna, the different facilities (swimming pool, left luggage, internet,lift ), the breakfast (buffet), the access by buses from the hotel to king's cross and bond street, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of all the hotel

the swimming pool is cold. It's very diificult to use it when it's cold outside and after a sauna

All good, much better than the Blakemore Hotel next door

The hotel is very conveniently situated, only a 5 minute walk along Bayswater road to Queensway tube station. Staff are all very charming, helpful and the breakfast service was excellent. Bedroom was very quiet, comfortable, not a large room by any means but all you need is a comfy bed, clean, functioning bathroom and high cleanliness standards.

It is a pity that they do not have a bar fridge in this room. I don't need it stocked with things, just for personal use. Sometimes pleasant to have a few items for use with the supplied cup of tea/coffee.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms, although small, were nice and warm and everything worked that was supposed to.

The "hot" breakfast was not very hot!!!

Good location. Good breakfast and general pleasant ambience. I liked the multi cultural mix of guests and staff

It was lacking a bedside table between the beds which proved difficult for the person in the affected bed ( specs, drinks etc )

The open friendly atmosphere and cooperation from the staff. The breackfast was also excellent value and suited all tastes, well done. I would deffinately consider staying at this hotel in the future.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. The selection of food was good and a great way to start a day of sightseeing. The room was well appointed and clean. Very nice for the price!
