Its proximity to the south kensington tube station, its value for money. It was extremely clean and the staff were very pleasant.

It got very hot in the rooms and in the coldest days in january (when it was snowing) we had to lie on top of our beds in our underwear with a fan blowing on us!!

The breakfast, staff, location, everything, the hotel was great.

It's shocking there are still hotels charging guests for Internet access while even McDonalds is offering free. Even more outrageous is charging 5GP for a single hour. The costs to maintain this kind of infrastructure are really low it does not justify this kind of price.

I particularly liked the situation of the hotel to the tube the museums and The Royal Albert Hall which was why we chose it .The choice for breakfast is excellent and although it says continental breakfast there is bacon ,scrambled eggs ,sausages ,mushrooms, beans various meats ,cheese ,cakes ,tea ,coffee ,juices etc.

My wife has stayed at this hotel 3 times it was my first time .The only thing we did not like about it was the bacon at breakfast .It was hard and it was the same each time my wife has stayed there .

We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1. Its right outside south kensington tube. 2.lovely building 3.good breakfast 4.clean 5.large rooms 6.good bar

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable chairs and bed, plenty ofdrawers/hanging space, good breakfast. Very quiet. Everything necessarywas provided including a comb.

We would have appreciated bbc news rather than American news. Freeview?Not keen on pop music at breakfast - something neutral? Pillows ratherhard - woke with a stiff neck.

the location is fantastic 2 minutes walk from all the main museums and 5 minutes to the royal albert hall.

we had a visiter in the night a small cockroach in the bathroom even though the room was spotless.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The hotel was very conveniently situated for tube and other facilities.

It could do with a lick of paint and the shower was a bit tricky to start with but fine when you got used to it.

The hotel was very good. Excellent location. The staff were very frendly, but sonday in the morning /the breakfast time) the staff was very very unfredly. He was a boy, I did not remember the name. He was in the breakfast room.

1. we had a great room for the price. Relatively speaking, 75 pounds per night is a good price in the Kensington area. The breakfast was enjoyable; the staff very helpful; and the location near the tube was excellent.
