The staff was really kind and warm.

Good area and close to sveral tube stations, felt safe as a single traveller. Access to shops and restaurants close by. The luxury of a bathtub was great after walking several hours each day. a safe in the room gave me the comfort of not carrying all my documents and credit cards with me. The only complaint was no alarm clock in the room.

Clean, comfortable room with basis but perfectly adequate facilities. I needed a Paddington location and this was the ideal place to stay.

Although I did not need a large room it was like being in a broom cupboard. No air conditioning.

We emailed and asked for twin beds, but arrived to find we were still in a double. The room was a little on the compact side, but for the price and location it was good.
