Everything! A gem of a place to stay and so reasonable and friendly. The Continental breakfast had a good choice of five cerials that came with toast, yoghurt, tea or coffee. It's central to everything in Fokestown town and very comfortable, warm and quite spotless. Friendly and helpful lady owner, spotless room, all self contained, extraordinary value. The owners were very friendly, but not intrusive. It was quiet, and spotelessly clean. Also centrally located. A very good value for money. This meant the owner taking the car to a garage near and retreiving when requested.there was no guest loung room. car being driven away by the owner to be parked. very small not recommended for long stay. Bedroom rather crowded by tall fan (not needed) and tall freestandinglamp. Owner not aware that basin plug did not hold water in though hedid try to improve matters, but without immediate succe3ss.The en-suite was a bit small and cupboard like. Ok for 1 night but would not recommend for a long stay. Cramped room, but that was expected.Very small ensuite bathroom. Not very comfortable having a shower.Also didnt like the fact that the owner drives your car and puts it away but we dont know where it is. The beds were to soft but it was the 'private parking' which didn'texist which was unacceptable.

We are located on the main tourist route.

- Take the M20 from London/The West/The North.
- Then take the A259 coastal route from Hastings.
- Then take the A2/A260 from Canterbury.
- Upon arrival in Folkestone, follow the signs for the town centre.
- We are located on the one-way system near the central railway station.
- Continue following the town centre signs upon reaching the train station.
- Follow the one-way system and you will see us on the left-hand side of the road.
Off road motorcycle parking is available and there are no parking fees required for on street car parking.
