Sarah and Chris made us feel very wellcome, spotlessly clean hotel, real coffee and how made cake.! very comfortable bed, and loved the room. Breakfast was great. Couldn't fault anything about out stay. Will definitely recommend and will be returning. It was one of those hotels which you want to keep to yourself it is so good. The basics - bed, shower, breakfast - were spot on. There were extra touches too - DVD library, free cake and very nice coffee, calming lounge, were.

I would expect more facilities from a five star hotel, which is what this is misleadingly rated as. No tea/coffee making facilties in the room.Calls itself a 5 star. Actually a bandB. No in-room service at all.Unprecedently overpriced for a bandb with no dining facilities. We werenot shown a lift. Was there one? Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable,and we like firm beds usually. Both of us had shoulder and back pain thenext day. Local restaurants not as we had been led to expect afterreading reviews, very disappointing.

At the second set of traffic lights, take the middle lane and go straight on into Beachborough Rd, continue on this road under the railway bridge, as it becomes Shorncliffe Rd. After a mile turn right into Earls Ave (a259). Take the second turning on the left into Bouverie Rd West, Augusta Gardens/Trinity Gardens is the next turning on the right and the hotel is on the left.
