Bright, modern and tastefully decorated, all of the apartments have separate fully equipped kitchen/diners with electric cookers, microwaves, fridges, kettles and toasters. Centrally heated, each apartment has a bathroom with a shower, and a TV with Freeview digital channels. The Chateau Dale Holiday Apartments are situated next to Blackpool’s Queen’s Promenade, close to the seafront and the shops, pubs and restaurants of the town centre. Regular bus and tram services are only a few minutes away and offer easy access to the Pleasure Beach, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Away from the noise of the very centre of town, the apartments are still within easy reach of all that Blackpool has to offer.

Stayed here while in Blackpool for an event at The Blackpool Tower Ballroom. What a fantastic find! After a warm welcome by the live-in owners Phil and Linda we were shown our room and were not disappointed. Chateau Dale has everything you need for a weekend break or longer and is well situated for easy access into Blackpool center. We had apartment # 2 (1st room as you go upstairs) which accommodates two people nicely.. This apartment was nicely appointed with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.
all reviews » comfortable apartment with good kitchen and comfy beds, includimg the sofa bed. good location in quiet north beach area, right next to trams for easy access to Tower, Pleasurebeach etc and good pubs, takeaways and breakfast cafe nearby if you don't want to cook. It was nice and clean and very spacious for a family of four. The staff was very welcoming and helpful at all time. It is not far from beach and also from the bus and tram stops. No worries for parking and it is free. Very quiet place far from the town. Linda & Phil made you feel welcome from the moment you stepped through the door,very friendly down to earth couple. Apartments had everything you needed for short or long stay. Nice quiet location with good Parking. Also nr Tram stop. The apartments are far enough north of the town centre to be quiet, whilst being on the tram route so as to make getting into town painless. Lovely view from apt 3 and 5 over the town and out to sea. Lovely owners. Clean and well cared for. Excellent value for money, much better than the hotels we have been to in Blackpool. We look forward to going again. It was near to sea side. letsbookhotel.com didn't list the unusual conditions like 50% deposit on booking, and no towels provided prominently so I missed those details on booking. also would have liked bath, hand and tea towels and tea bags to be provided even if it meant paying £5 a night extra as it's a pain to have to bring those things for a weekend visit. The apartment was on the top floor and climbing the stairs with heavy luggage was problematic. I would have preferred a first floor apartment. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking specially when other vehicles have left huge gaps between them. A family day saver ticket for tram cost 9 pounds as the attractions is more than 30 mins walk. There were dog poos here and there on the street and on the beach-Dog owners will have to be more considerate. Weather ... could have been better lol !!!. Street parking is tricky. If you get parked out on the street, it's free parking, but other streets are short term parking. nothing, we were very happy. We was on the top floor which was quite hard with luggage etc. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Unfortunately I wasn't aware it was up two flights of stairs which was hard going for someone with limited mobility. nothing. We liked everything, we had no complaints at all. Appt 2, would have liked a sea view. Apartments are a little tired Would prefer to have no plants, have a child with allergies and large dusty houseplants are not useful. The toilet was difficult to flush The wall clocks didn't work No wifi available. Staff were very rude at the apartment. Infrastructure were not as per standard like heating not working, leaking at many places, pay money for electricity usage for water heating etc.
