Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).

Hotel and staff is nice. The rooms are small but with aircon and a small fridge. For a night or 2, it is very good. Also located at 5mn walking distance from the main street with restaurants.

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

It is centrally located in Sultanahmet or the old town of Istanbul that was formerly Constantinople. The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far.
The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers.
Staff is extremely kind and helpful!
Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.
