Hotel is comfortable with excellent rooms and the staff makes you feel like home.The staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us. The rooms are very nice and very clean. the beds are comfortable. Large room with modern bathroom facilities. The location is perfect–I opted out stay when I saw some unhygienic hotels in old city area. If you prefer to go taksim square ist not far. By Metro that station near the hotel. Thanks again for this nice stay

The owner Sultana made us realy feel at home.
It felt like having a friend in Istanbul watching over us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,especially Ozan who could speak good english,so communication was easy. The couple owners of bianco where also very kind and helped us a lot. The rooms were clean enough too.
