The building has 3 stories and houses 2 studios per floor. The studios are well equipped for groups, families and couples who don't mind a home away from home on vacation and do not demand a traditional hotel with all its services attached.

Loved the Location as it is fairly close to all the major tourist
spots like Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Bascilica Cistern.
There is a very nice cafe just across the road where you can have
breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Free Wifi available in the room and the
speed was great. Kahar, the guy managing the place was extremely
friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend
the place for anyone to stay.

We are 3 friends and stayed in this hotel for a week in May'13.
Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far.
The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers.
Staff is extremely kind and helpful!
Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

I'zaz was a fantastic small hotel tucked away on the side street off a major shopping, eating and nightlife area of the city. The hotel is located at one of the best points very close to İstiklâl Street. It is located on a small street parallel to Nevizade Street, which is famous for its restaurants and bars around Beyoğlu.
