the finch apartments are one street back from the harbour at karakoy, right near great cafes, restaurants, ferries, the best baklava shop in the world, close to museums and art galleries. a short walk to trams and trains. the room we had was beautiful, clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows soft, a small, great bathroom with a real hair dryer

Its a lovely hotel,owner is a cute guy with really nice attitude, explained a lot of useful info for me and my mum to hang around in downtown and he also helped me sending postcards to my friends. location good, pretty closed to the tram station, 10 mins walk to the Galata bridge.So we never took taxi during our stay, saved a lot of money and could enjoy travelling around like local ppl.Price is competable.

Talking about value--I got more than that! I was checked to make sure everything was going well; they were able to provide answers to any questions I had about my stay in Istanbul; the complimentary juices, tea, water and chocolates were a big plus!!! Also superb location right in the middle of Cihangir historical district close to Taksim Square

Definitely a super-two thumbs up for no 4 Cihangir! -
No4 Cihangir is a perfect place for travelers with short budgets. It is
much cleaner and peaceful than hostels but with a similar price. The
neighboring street (Cihangir) is very well located, with perfect access
and good cafes/restaurants. Value-for-money-wise this is one of the
best options in Beyoglu.

This hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived until we left. The
rooms are very cosy and beatifully designed if a little small. The
facilities in the room are top class and even though it is a 4 storey
building it has an elevator. We would like to thank the management staff
who were extremely polite and helpful during our stay. Furthermore the
location is perfect, it is very close to Galata tower which is in my
opinion the best location in Istanbul with small cobbled streets and
beautiful

Very good location 2 minutes walking from galata tower, 10 minutes from
galata bridge, 10 minutes from Beyouglu restaurants and stores. Our
bedroom was small but silent, nice and clean perfect for a few days
stay. The staff was great, Memhet is the number one. All the guys
working there are very friendly, polite and kind. The breakfast was
great and all the food we had at the brasserie was good qaulity food! I
would definitely chose it again on a next visit to beautifull istanbul!
