Great value for money. The apartment was quirky, spacious and well set out. It is not in a fancy tourist area but is well situated and within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace etc. We loved the experience of 'living amongst the locals'. The road where Ascot House is located is not properly a touristic place but you feel to stay in the true Instanbul. I stayed in Penthouse which is located at top floor: it was a little small for five people but the view from the open balcony on the Blue Mosque and the sea was superb and have the dinner on the balcony has been fantastic.

The apartment is new and clean with all the needed furnitures and etc are welly arranged, espacially for the kitchen.
The place is new, so takes some times to get there but actually only takes 10-15mins to the mosques and the tram station.

I was with my husband and another couple. The setup is ideal for this kind of group - ie 2 bedrooms - one combined with lounge area. IDEAL area for accessing many wonderful things to see as well as trams to take you there. The Suite Apartments are very cozy, clean and fully furnished to the smallest details. We straight away felt at home.
The owner Mr. Omer is very friendly, warm and hospitable. He tries his best to help and answer our needs whenever needed. He was very kind to organize and decorate the suite before our arrival to accommodate for a surprise birthday party (with a decorated cake, flowers, drinks etc)
