Location - there's probably no better location in the new part of Istanbul. The hotel is literally 3 minutes talk from Taksim square, which is where all transportation go through. It is 1 minute walk from the awesome Istiklal street - which is full of shops, restaurants and clubs. But! It's located in a small street near it, so there's no noise coming in. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out.
