i loved the relaxed ,casual and helpful employee's that where able to assist in numerous situations that aroused .
the hotel is 1 minute away from a metro station that can take you to taksim or other major Istanbul destinations so your close without the buzz and nuisance .
and i also loved Loukkoum and hammour the two dogs in the hotel
