  Hasan (owner with his family) and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hasan himself did transfers to and from Izmir airport for us and was so helpful with prompt emails after our flight times got changed 5 times! Hasan also drove us around to all the sights for a private day trip and was really patient waiting at each sight, never rushed... what people say » us, showed us to a great restaurant explained all the different dishes, and was a real delight to spend time with. Oh and also the Hotel has AMAZING - The hospitality of the host and staff which was amazingly professional ,helpful and knowlegable for such a small hotel . The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the harbor . The promise of access to a swimming pool was an added plus that some hotels in this price bracket just don't accommodate. The hotel was well displayed and it only took a question to a nearby shopowner to direct us in the right direction ,but the views far outdid this small inconvenience

  I have never felt so welcome in a hotel as in Gültepe Apartments. Mehmet, Mette and Oktay will do everything possible to make your stay a very pleasant one. It almost feels like you are staying with family. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. All facilities are close by, location is perfect. This hotel - I liked almost everything in this nice hotel! The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!
