This hotel - I liked almost everything in this nice hotel! The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!

  The food was great..my kid loved the water slides and indoor pool. Massage was very good. Totally clean and nice. Front desk was very helpful with changing room and providing help. - The staff worked incredibly hard to make our holiday perfect for us. The entertainment team was amazing and the food in the restaurants was great.

  This hotel was fantastic. We stayed off-peak, so much so that we were the only couple in the hotel one night. The staff was incredibly helpful. We arrived a bit late and needed dinner. The front desk staff had the restaurant prepare a dinner just for us - and it was an awesome dinner. The room was large, comfortable and very clean.
