There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway. There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The internet connection was good.

  We stayed in a 1bedroom apartment which had separated bedroom, bathroom with waterjet and full kitchen. Overall size was huge by european standards (i suppose over 60 m2) and all went really perfect. Location is very upscale residential and shopping neigborhood but very close to osmanbei metro stop which is only 1 stop from taksim square. Cleanliness of un - Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!

They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment.   The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day. We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!
