It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is nice especially for business travellers. -

Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us.
