  It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace.   We booked this hotel at the end of our trip, before flying out of Ataturk. We didn't have enough time to go into the city, so we just booked a hotel close to the airport. It's 15 min away (10 euros, or 20-22.5 turkish liras) by taxi. The room we got (on the 9th floor) was fantastic. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. There is a spa (not free obviously) and exercise (i'm assuming fre - Titanic Hotel chain is one of the best Hotel in Turkey. In Titanic Bakirkoy, from check in to the check out everthing was well prepared like other Titanic Hotels. My first experince with Titanic hotels was in Taksim several years ago. Since then, nothing changed. I was really appreciated at that time.I believe many European countries do not have such a management. From cleaning staff till high level of manager, thank you very much for everybody in the group.

Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..)   Well the hotel rooms are comfy and the staff are really helpful. i would like everyone to look for Ms. Tuba she is extremely supportive. the stuff in general are nice and they help and do there best to help the residents. the hotel is very close to a tram station that is 200 meters away. the tram station will take you to sultanahmet tourist area. ... what people say » there is a close by Mall that you will reach it for 7 liras only by taxi and thats Forum Mall. there is Vialand that you can get there by Taxi for 15 - a nice hotel with great staff where ever you are in the hotel , they make your day , i am a regular visitor to Istanbul , this is my first stay in this hotel , but will not be the last . special thanks to Ferhat at reception .
