The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul.   It was really enjoyable stay at Movenpick Istanbul, so comfortable, so quite, service and staff is really 5 stars.... Restaurant, wellness center, men and women beauty salon, internet is good. In addition to the location it is very very good, too many shops and shopping mall near from you and the metro station was very close to the hotel and it is... what people say » directly take you to Taksim... Value of money was fair enough with such a nice stay.... Finally I strongly recommend this hotel to whom want have a g - Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for. Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

  As we stayed at Akin Suites for a week plus 2 more overnight stays during trips through Turkey, this became our special little home. The staff are really welcoming and helpful, the suites are fresh and spacious and have kitchens, a sitting room, and the all important item while travelling- a washing machine! The owner was so welcoming and friendly , he did every thing possible to make our stay comfort .he gave us a discount too :)

  This was the best place I stayed out of 3 hotels in Istanbul! It was super budget friendly but also had really beautiful rooms, really clean and the staff were amazing! it has has a kitchenett so you can make your own meals and the rooms are really spacious. I really liked how the staff would go out of their way to assist us in any way they could!... what people say » Now that i found thus place i would stay here ever time I am in Istanbul!! - The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, especially Mr.Salih.   It is a very good example of a basic quality. Especially the cleanness of the rooms and hotel facilities impressed me. The location is unbelivable and the view is amazing worth everything.
