  New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car.   I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. The place of hotel is awesome. Just next to the Uludag forest in back of hotel and city panorama in front. - Old hotel and very bad

  The reception personel was so helpful. They gave a lot of info about Bursa, the touristic places, public transportation, ex. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Turkish Bath was great, also they have a Family Room for couples who want to use Turkish Bath together. The breakfast was OK. The Turkish tea was always fresh and tasty. There is a mini... what people say » bus right out of the hotel , which is called Dolmush, and this takes you directly to the center of city. It cost 1 USD and takes only 10 mins to reach - Value for money, location a bit far from city centre but very calm mostly at night. Near the local restaurant, supermarket, and the best part is close to the fruit and vegetable market. Thermal bath available in the hotel also one good additional attraction. We love their couple room for Turkish bath :)
