Everything is good, perfect location: really 3 minutes walking from BTS. Friendly staff, they do more than you expect. Pool is not so big, but it was always clean and we were happy to swim a bit after long day. Good kitchen, moreover 7-11in 1 minute walking, many thai style food on the street,incl. unforgettable pancakes. There is no lift, but staff is rwady to help you with baggage anytime. There is no window in the room, but it was comfortable to stay here because of nice design and good ligh.
all reviews » The staff was very very friendly and helpful too, the location of the hotel was very near the bts so transportation was very accessible. Not only is the shopping center such as mbk or Pratunam mall at a walking distance, the night life and the market was also very accessible. With 7-11 right across the hotel, midnight snacks wouldn't be a problem. -Walking distance from BTS Ratchathewi station (around 3mins) -7-11 convenience shop is within 1min walking distance -Friendly & helpful staffs (they run to carry our luggage once they saw us coming out from taxi) -Clean room & toilet -Value for money -A famous sushi shop is just at the hotel entrance. Great location.about 80 metres from Ratchathewi bts station from the airport link. Staff was really helpful, they were always smiling, they do not sell cocktails in the bar, but allowed to bring some from the shop in front and they were happy to open. Rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Dark (as no windows) helps good sleeping. ;). Great location: close to the airport motorway as well as main sights area. Just go to the channel 200m away, take a boat and go to the old town! The staff is friendly, the rooms are good looking and the bar in the lobby looks great (although was almost empty). I stay at the hotel for 3 nights and for me the hotel service very good. Location is strategic and I think value for money. Perfect location: right by a BTS station, within walking distance from Siam Square and the malls, close to a 'boat station' that takes you to the democracy monument... Confort of the bedroom even if there is no window, the nice decoration of the room, the swimming pool with light and music just in front of a nice bar! And there is a great sushi restaurant just next to the hotel. very good location compare to the price. Outside the road is Asia Hotel, where you can watch the lady-boy show (very very nice show BTW). Only 10 min walk to the Siam shopping center area. Many good food nearby. Book a 2 bedroom suit, room and living were big. Bell boys were very friendly and helpful. And we love the Sushi Masa very much, the Japanese restaurant is at the main entrance of the hotel. Could be uncomfortable for somebody who is going to stay whole day inside hotel- car parking near the pool. However at evening time there are no cars. The Security guard had to sit outside in the hot sun with just a chair given. I believe a guard house or a small guard post could be built for them to stay inside. There is no lift to access to the highest level, so after your shopping, be prepared to carry your heavy luggage down 2 levels. Room didnt have any windows,however airconditioning was great. - No window room - wifi signal couldn't reach our room - toilet's door was broken during night and no one can fix it. - I didn't like fixed shower head and the water temperature was hard to adjust. No windows in the room, but it's ok if you just plan to stay overnight. The only really minor thing is that the bar menu could have a bit more choice and specify clearly that they have wine. The smoking odour in our room. room is small and no window. No elevator. Room abit dimly and dark, pastries does not have plate . TV have no international channel . No lift. No windows/No elevator allthough we knew before we booked. 1) No lift 2) Receptionist not as friendly as bellboy 3) Walkway without aircon cause mosquitoes 4) whatever extra in the room must take note ,don't let customer wait when checking out just to confirm everything is in there. For HBO, there is 3 repeated movie thru out my stay. Nothing in particular. Nothing negative. No window & lift. To climb 4 flight of stairs everyday. The hotel lightning is quite dim. Shower head is fix which make showering quite taxing. There was nothing i didnt like. No elevator. But the bellman will help you with the luggage. Wifi is not stable in the room. air-conditioner no window. pillow too hard, can't sleep nicely. Sometimes it seems that the kids running this hotel are in need of some adult supervision. The best test of a hotel is when a customer points out a maintenance problem. The shower and sink in our room both drained so slowly that it was a real problem. The shower would overflow into the toilet area. When I pointed this out to the person staffing the front desk, nothing was done to correct the condition. No action, no feedback to me, nothing. Nothing. stuff not very friendly. Swimming pool is small. Shower design have to redesign. No elevator. 没有电梯，从外面回来累个半死还要爬楼梯. They didn't change our bedsheets during our 4 days stay there. no lifting, need to walk up by stage, after shopping whole day still need to walk stage back to room. very unconvient. Cockroach seen even on 2nd floor.
