Helpful & Friendly staff, they responded excellently to our request to upsize our bed from 2 single bed to 1 king-size bed; Well furnished & designed rooms with LCD tv & large mirror both on the walls; drinking water is supplied daily; room amenities is well provided(eg. good quality big & small towel, hair-dryer, shampoo, body shampoo); bathroom & toilet is well separated; surrounding of the hotel is totally peaceful, there is even a restaurant right across the hotel. all reviews » - The location is perfect, just walk 5 minutes and you will be in the center of Mall and Market. Near to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Baiyoke Tower. - about 900m to the BTS Station, even less. - Direct from Airport by airport link, you can find the hotel nearby. - Around 1km to Central World, you can walk. Yeah, for me Bangkok is not big city. - The room is adorable, clean, comfortable (I took the cheapest room - no window but there are sunlight in the room, so, don't worry). With well location near bts station, but it is quite difficult for u to find this hotel if u r the first time been there. The staff is so nice and friendly, they helped us to check in at 8 in the morning without extra fee! The room is well equipped with considerate suprise! High recommend it!. The layout of the furniture and room facilities made them small room appear deceivingly spacious (which is a good thing). Staff were friendly and accommodating and the place is conveniently located between BTS stations, Pratunam mall, and a whole lot of night market areas. Except that nothing could be complained about. The lack of a table made it difficult to eat meals and use my laptop comfortably. My room also for some strange reason smelled like fart from time to time (and I swear it wasn't me.). the distance to BTS is a bit far and is a bit far to pratunam main road.. Its nearer to ratchathewi bts, not phayathai bts as the web suggests. (Found out about it the hard way) its location is a bit hidden but not really a huge deal breaker. The hotel location is far off the main street. Feel a bit unsafe whe go back at night. Location is located in a small road, and road over there are difficult to walk, night time will feel quite dangerous especially for female. When walked will irritated by those tuk tuk driver or cab driver. Just ignored... No desk and chair in room. - shower too weak - should issue min 2 room access card if is a 2 sharing. Location was in a isolated area. The walk to shopping etc. at night was very dark. Single women could feel intimated by the location of the hotel. 1. Hotel is located in a small alley which is better to walk with more than 2 person during night. 2. Dining area is small & packed during breakfast when there are a lots people. No Indain restaurant nearby, No massage facility. Small Interior. Nothing...we liked everything. a little complicated route to hotel from MRT station. Location, hard to find. Small room. No smoking room, no wardrobe to keep my items. it is a little far from the main road. It would be great if the hotel can peovide shuttle to the main road. Maybe more options for breakfast. None. The breakfast was tasty but too little,only an egg with a piece of bacon, but there is buffet for bread, cereal & salad. The room is way too tiny if you are travelling alone it would be perfect, also the lane leading to it, is not very safe so if you are just a bunch of ladies I would recommend not walking to the hotel from the main road too late. difficult to find the place first time round. You have to take tuck-tucks everywhere as it's not close to the centre. Our room was dark overlooking a wall. Lift is anti small and there's only one lift and its slow. The location is a bad point which the alley is very dark at night and can be quite scary. No room service. Despite I checked in at 4 pm, they had already charged my credit card with the first night which induces supplementary expends and is not acceptable. You should not recommand this hotel. Hotel is noisy due to works in progress next door. Take care dont loss key room. Very less space, limited and less breakfast.
