Great service from the staff and they always do their best to assist you although they might have limited knowledge. They are always smiling and greeting you warmly. Plus points for their welcome drink. The design is simple yet stylish, value for the money. Amenities are also on par with the room rates. Overall, it was a good experience staying at the hotel. I love how the room and attached toilet were extremely clean and bright-- they gave such a good vibe! There was a working fridge, television, a large wardrobe, a safe and even a hair dryer. There were also clean towels and additional pillows! A wonderful budget hotel for the price! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful and reasonably proficient in English.all reviews »
We did have a great pleasure during the time in Bangkok. Hotel facility is brand new and in really good condition.
The best thing is the staffs' attitude, they're always willing to help and take good care of us with a nice smile, from the housekeepers, receptionists to the owner.
I'll be back here for sure as I stay in Bangkok.

I really liked the whole concept of the hotel! Upon registrations we were even offered their ice lemon tea which tasted really good. The staff, especially the security guard, was really friendly! I also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of ice water everyday! I had a very enjoyable stay there!.
Is an newly open hotel with nice modern contemporary design nice bedding with excellent staff special impressed with the security staff which rush to open the door every Time we got back to hotel will strongly recommend this hotel to my friend on the next trip to Bangkok.

very convenience for all shopping area, just walking distance 5min to platinum mall, 10min to central world. In the monrin, just turn left from the hotel walking distance to Baiyoke Sky Hotel and have a lot wholesale shop lops and morning bazaar too.
The staff there were really nice, prompt and friendly. Room was clean and hotel was in the centre of Pratunum. Just walking distance to the Platinum Mall and Pratunum Market. It was really value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.
I was coming back from a 2 days trip from Koh Chang and had arrived around slightly after 9pm and the staffs at the receipt ion was very friendly and provided one of the best services around!well done keep up with the good works.
Location is excellent for those who want to shop. Very friendly english-speaking staff. comfortable suit (without balcony). The hotel situated near Baiyoke Sky Hotel (5 min walk). I reccomends this hotel.
The hotel itsels is really nice, clean and somehow cozy. It's only 10-15 minutes walking from Phaya Tai or Ratchaparok Station, so the fare is only 40-45 THB one way from Suvarnabhumi airport.
The room is simple yet very comfortable, clean and good enough to move around. The exterior is nice, too and unexpected it comes with a swimming pool in a boutique hotel. :).

Location. You have to be good at navigation to get there and we got there with the help of the locals.
The walls were a little thin so you could hear your neighbour's conversations if they talk loudly. It is also a little far in to the road, which is fine in the day but a little dark at night.
My issue was that there was no hot water. Thus the water was slightly cold but very bearable. The other issue is the fact that their pillows are way too puffy and high, making one's neck really uncomfortable but thankfully they had another smaller pillow that we could use. Another issue was that the walls between the rooms are really thin - we could hear loud laughters from our neighbors and movements outside in the middle of the night.
A bit quiet a night not recommend to walk for ladies.
