Absolutely everything. The staff was amazing, always friendly, got us taxis every time we needed them. The rooms are spacious and nice. Room service was ok in terms of food it self, prices were on the low side (around $7 per dish). Check-in/ check-out were very fast, they were always in a hurry to help us. Location is good, with a few bars right near the hotel. All in all one of the best hotels, a 10 out of 10 for a 4 star hotel.
all reviews » Good Location and reasonably priced. Shops, Skytrain & Metro are a short walk away (Sukhumvit 21). Nearby 7-Eleven and FamilyMart for any essentials. Room was very clean and spacious and wifi signal was good throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great with a variety of things to choose from. Room was really spacious and designed for comfort. Add to this was the humble staff. Breakfast was excellent as there were plenty of fresh local fruits (something different from usual apple and grapes like stuff). the first time we stayed the room we were in was so quite and we asked to stay in it again a month later on our return home the staff and breakfast was great and the place was very clean. I enjoyed all aspects of our stay at Citrus22. Excellent location, great restaurants close by. Rooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast not bad, clean rooms, plus a glass of yummy welcome drink! thumbs up!!!. The staff were so friendly and helpful very quite and bed was so comfortable We have booked to go back again. The very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was excellent, room was very roomy. The people working, same good as all the times earlier, breakfast, everything. The location is good, clean hotel and the price is really good. The breakfasts could've been a bit more diversified, but still fine. Just two things: 1. I thought a small place for work-out would have been better in the place of roof top swimming pool. 2. Internet was bit too slow. well the noise from the back of the hotel kept us up to 6.35 one night we never got a wink of sleep the 4 nights we were there with the music instead of lowering it at 3 am they turned it up and yahooed till all hours of the morning i wont make that mistake again but will be contacting the hotel personally. Cant think of anything. rooms are not as good as those pictures, but still good. This time we had a noyce from outside in the night, I'm a bad sleeper, so to me it was a problem, better when we came back from Chiang Mai, got a room on the other side of the hotel. They gave us a room 805 which was just right under some kind of water pumps since the pool is on the top floor. It was really noisy so we asked for another room. They gave us one on the same floor (801) and it was ok. Breakfast Buffet was Okay. location to major shopping not convenient. cleaning room was not good towels to old and need to be change. tv cannels so boor nothing for arab ppl. The hotel staff got a taxi for us and didn't tell us the driver doesn't follow the meter (as opposed to if you get a taxi from shopping malls or airport thru their staff it'll be charged according to the meter). Very small rooms! Shabby interior!.
