Apartment was clean and spacious, but kitchen lighting was a bit poor. The tiny restaurant next to the tiny pool served good food and service was great! Especially loved the buy one get one happy hour drinks in the late afternoon till evening !! Staffs are the asset of this property .. they esp the restaurant staffs John, the cooks, the receptionists and the manager Paul were excellent people and made our stay memorable!!.
all reviews » We booked this hotel, because it was close to the metro and the Sky train, since we had only two days left in Thailand. We got an upgrade when we arrived and the apartment was bigger than our place at home. They offer breakfast for around 200 thb but we always bought something on the way. The place is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. 1. Perfect Location: Very close to Airport Link Makkasan Station, only 10 min on foot. Near MRT Petchaburi Station. Easy to go to shopping & food centers like Terminal 21, Central World, MBK Center, Siam Center... 2. Fair room rate: Very price competitive. 3. Helpful staff: Friendly and pleased to assist. The staff were very good , though they were only two staff. Had to wait for my luggage to be in my room for quite some time. But over all the service was satisfactory. Breakfast was okay not much choices. Room was nice and clean. We were upgraded at check in, which is always nice. Paul was extremely helpful with information that helped us plan our days in Bangkok. The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I've had in SE Asia. The 2 bedroom suite was great. breakfast was really good and the on site coffee shop had an excellent all day menu. The pool was great and the fitness room was a pleasant surprise. staff extremely helpful and friendly. setting was lovely, especially the rooms to which were upgraded because of the building that was taking place near our initial room. Room was huge, spacious wouldn't even cut it. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave me extra time for check out. Didn't charged for bottled water in the fridge. i like the way they manage it , especially paul , they did a good job , rooms very clean , you have everything you may need near to MRT and canal transportation. They have two computers at the reception. It did not bother so much, because we had been in Bangkok weeks before and only needed to check a couple of things. 1. Small restaurant: only 4 tables inside the restaurant. Often no seats for late comers for the breakfast. Should expand the restaurant. The place is bit inside and one has to walk for 10 or 15 minutes to reach the SKY TRAIN station. The small restaurant was decent but not great. The breakfast had good variety and fresh fruit. We were in an apartment with a kitchen so we could have done with a few more utensils and tea towels etc. pool a bit small but ok. There was trash in the bin when I checked in. Water in the shower went hot/cold and back all the time. there's not much varieties for breakfast. ( the Breakfast ) there no alot of varieties, but its okay.. - Breakfast room too small for this size hotel. Always crowded and hard to find free table. So we ended up eating own breakfast in our room. I had 2 bookings. In one booking I needed early check in. It was denied and after much hassle and with 1000 B extra they agreed. In second booking I needed late check out. Again denied. Staff was not courteous at all. Hotel is good but will not book through websites. Needs a little sprucing up...starting to look & feel old. Front desk staff need to work on being a little more friendly. The location is a little hard to find, Map shown on letsbookhotel.com of the hotel is not very clear. We ended up walking to Soi 19 Asoke residential. I still struggle liking oriental breakfasts, and maybe the choice of western dishes can be improved. the breakfast could have been a little more elaborate. Quite hard to find Halal food. staff at the reception should speak better English. Nothing. The location of the pool. It was not really usable in the morning while guest were having breakfast. Gym room was too small. The treadmill machine is not in good working condition and most of the machines needs an overhaul. nothing specially. Hard to find on arrival. Didn't have a pool. The pool they had was a farce. Room size was too small. Won't go again. Location hard to find. Location is not so good. no value for money. the tariffs are very high for the kind of hotel it is. Very very limited breakfast and that too available on self service basis only. Staff are indifferent and not very courteous. Totally avoidable hotel.
