  The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc... We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre. You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops? Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking. If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.
