The front desk was extremely helpful. The location is on the island of Eriksburg. To get to the city center one must take the bus or a ferry. We opted for the ferry. There is a stop right outside of the hotel. It was an enjoyable and scenic ride. Buy ticket at hotel, not onboard.

I liket so mutsh , hope the manger of the lobey contact me - Hotel Room was above expectations, comfortable bed - nicely designed so that it feels special. Rain shower was a bonus. The breakfast was large and had late hours. You could eat outside on the lovely patio in a variety of comfortable seating. The rooftop terrace was really beautiful and we enjoyed an afternoon on the loungers in the sun. Free ferry provided easy and frequent city access.

  Staff were so helpful. Being such a big group they couldnt do enough for us. Very comfy hotel. I would definitely go back. Facilities were great. Good value for money - I like the location very serene environment.Good for reflection and meditation.
