  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. You cannot expect this kind of inter... what people say » national class service in any other 5-star hotels in Scandinavia. Nothing made me down! Everything was perfect for my stay! The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good, it was peaceful

  it was a pleasant surprise to see such a clean and friendly hostel of that size (it is quite large). It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers. Near enough to subway and great big parks around it. Good checkout time (12 noon) and free baggage room for storage. - We had stayed at the hotel once before and we chose the hotel again. We liked the location very much. The fact that we could walk to The old town and the rural environment with the nice park just outside the door. The hotel made our expectations come true and we have nothing to complaint about.

  breakfast buffet was like living in heaven. the beds were fantastically comfortable. the shower was pert and exciting like an unblemished virgin. - 20 minutes by walk to centre. Airport express buss stop just 10 metres close to hotel.
