Very attentive staff, receptionist girl was very helpful and friendly. Place felt well secured. Location excellent, steps from Plaça de Catalunya but still quiet at night. Shared bathroom well maintained and clean. Double room decent in size.

A few long hairs here and there in my room that was after all fairly clean. Halogen bulb in the sink area (part of the room) needed replacement, didn't bother asking. Felt a bit expensive considering what the place offers.

walls a bit thin, family living down the hall but over-all a great location and good for a weekend stay to see all the sights of the city.
Walls are really paper-thin. It could be ok (I'm used to cheap hotels), but reception desk is on the other side of the same wall. And every guest who makes late checkin, early check out or just visits hotel guests wakes you up. Also there is one bathroom (shower+toilet), looks good and clean, but waiting for toilet in the morning for 30 min is too much. Wifi worked bad, but for me it wasn't such important.
My room was small and very basic.
Noise levels in the middle of the night and early morning were too high. Staff and other guests chatting in the reception area and slamming doors woke me several times.

we like living in hostels in Europe, but this pension is not comfortable, was bad smell in the room because the building is old...i didn't like it...we lived there 2 days, it's enough for the pension.
