We can't say enough about how perfectly the apartmentsuited us. My daughter and I were welcomed with a very spacious (even interms of us standards) apartment. 5 rooms including a sun room w/balconyand great views. Five stars!!!. the apartment was a delight and when myself and our baby were ill overnight the staff extended our check out time without question. we can,t thank them enough.all reviews »
Great location of the appartment, right in the city centre. Two metro stations from Plaza Catalunya. Renovated and clean appartment, quite spacy aswell. The room was better than we expected. Everything was in perfect order, very clean and instructions were abundant.Cenrtal location of the apartment, clean, convenient accomodation. No hassle, comfortable stay. big space for 4 people,strategic location,hot shower functions well. comfort, cleanliness and all appliances in working order. nice apartment, big for 5 persons, great location. fantastic location. flexible staff. The apartment was on the diagonal, about 20min walk to the main placa de catalunya square. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. All necessary appliances in kitchen. It also had its own spacious patio but this did not get any direct sunlight, but this didn't matter.it's fairly near to the city centre,in the nice part of the city.

There were no "drawers" of any sort in the apartment for your bits and bobs! The apartments by this company are spread around the placa catalunya and are some distance from their office at ronda universitat which can be an inconvenience when you have got heavy luggage to drag down the street. They could let people know the exact location in advance and save hassle for the rest of the family.The guidance leaflet in the apartment says that the lagguage can be left at Estació de França after checking out, but in fact the only place which can be used for luggage storage is Estacio Sants. nope. We had a lovely time. 3 rooms but only one window)). window isolation, it was rather cold in some rooms. It was not very clear on the website how far away the apartment we were booked to stay in was from the office we checked in at. They were probably a mile apart which is pretty substantial, it was a good thing we had a friend there to drive us. hot water was not enough. It was very inconvenient to pick-up the key at one location and then having to go to the apartment which was still another 10min drive away. We had to keep our taxi waiting outside while we went into the office to get the key. I also did not like that the security deposit was charged to my card, and I had to return home in good faith that it would be refunded,but to me relief it was refunded. i did not appreciate the fact that first we had to go and pick up the keys than head toward the apartment. Moreover, the desitination on the website was incorrect. The desitination from the Ramblas was that of their offices and not of the apartment. Would be nice to have air conditioning in the rooms. Did not think it was made clear that the address given was a key pick up only.The apartment was 2 blocks from where we were picking up the keys. We had to walk carrying our things or pay another cab fair to take us there. (a) It's too far to get anywhere by foot, and the traffic creates constant noise at night. (b) The mattresses were so soft that when I leaned with my knee on the bed, it almost got stuck between the slats. (c) Staff don't reply to emails sent a week before arrival. (d) Water heater capacity not enough for 2 people to shower in succession.Double room very small. Drainy smell in one of the bathrooms. Not enough towels and no air con in room.The location stated on the map was of the head office, not of the apartment itself. So after getting to the address, we had to collect keys and make our way back to the apartment with luggage through the city. staff were curt and tried to move our appartments that we we told would be together.As no parking was included, we went about to find our own. It wasrather difficult to find a 24 hour parking garage and it cost 25 eurosa night... The noise from the adjoining apartment was excessive. However we did not complain. Also the shower was very weak in power and basic.The place is not good , also the blanket not clean. Not of high quality facilities. Rather rudimentary.

Travelling information
The apartments are by the Plaça de Catalunya. Guests must check in to the offices at 20 Ronda Universitat, which is just off Plaça de Catalunya. The office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. Outside of these office hours and on holidays, please call 30 minutes before you reach the offices. If you land in Girona airport or Reus airport, please do not call until you have reached Barcelona.
By Air:
The apartments are just 15 km from Barcelona International Airport and taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. Alternatively, take the Aerobus from the airport exit to Plaça de Catalunya, which is just a very short walk from the apartments. The Aerobus should take approximately 30 minutes. Trains also run regularly from the airport to the center of Barcelona with a journey time of about 25 minutes. To reach the train station from the airport, you will have to walk along a tunnel above the street. Take the L10 train towards Estació de Franca and get out at Passeig de Gracia. When you get out of the train station, you will find yourself on the Passeig de Gracia. Walk downhill towards Placa de Catalunya.
