The staff was amazing, very helpful, well informed about the city, and i noticed one person at the front desk, sorry for forgetting his name, but he wears glasses and has a beard, a little short, he was more than professional and very patient with all sort of guests, he spoke a lot of languages and was very very helpful.

I didn't like the fact that the bar-fridge was weak and didn't work well. the bath tub was not fully functioning, and the rain shower head, i believe, was just a show...not working

Great value for money, excellent rooms, free wifi and comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast for the price. Great spa.

Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast. Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

i liked it all; maybe cofee ar breakfast was not very good, but the rest was fine.

We had 3 small suites. Bright, clean and airy. Outside area was lovely and bright, albeit the view of factory building was a surprise.

We were 6 independent ladies and wanted twin beds. Only queen bed in main room and sofa bed in living area. 3 had a wonderful bed & 3 did not. No tea/coffee facilities. Restaurant very limited in choice so did not eat there.

Staff is friendly, also trying to speak to us with Chinese. One waitress in the restaurant in the morning is always smiling to everyone even she is busy, bright all of my day.

It would be better if the Spa price is cheaper.

Very quiet room. Great value for money. Good design. A small suite with separate bedroom for 100$ per day! Easy access to metro line 4 (Bogatell) or Line 1 (Marina). Not far from the beaches. Mar Bella is only two stops (Poblenou) and a 10 minute walk. Direct by metro to old Barcelona in only a few stops (Jaume I). Front desk staff multilingual and very helpful.

Not the best looking neighborhood of Barcelona. Can be intimidating at first but is totally safe. As long as you are aware that this is not l'Eixample, you should enjoy the neighborhood.

Hotel is brand new, has its own spa, big underground garage, location is easy to reach from airport by car.

Very clean. Good for business and summer trips, not for city trips.

No slippers in the room (and this is a spa hotel could you believe this?) so you must walk to your bed from shower with naked foots.

Superbe hôtel très confortable, très design. L'accés au SPA est un véritable plus aprés une journée de découverte de Barcelonne. C'est vraiment une adresse à recommander. Le personnel est aimable, mention spéciale pour le masseur particuluèrement compétent

S'il devait y avoir un aspect négatif, ce serait l'environnement qui n'offre aucun attrait mais ne procure par ailleurs aucun sentiment d'insécurité. L'hôtel n'est toutefois pas très éloigné du centre ancien de Barcelonne situé à un bon quart d'heure de marche

We arrived at 9 AM and we could already check in. The room was really nice and clean. The bathroom, which is most of the times not so good, was excellent! At the reception they made restaurant reservastions and put us on the guestlists of the best clubs (free entrance and no waiting) The breakfast is very luxurious.

The people working in the reception were not so nice, not smiling at all And not polite. Especiall one of the men working there.

I did not feel safe to walk in the evening from the metro station. I think the rate for the hotel was pretty high, so they should not charge additionaly for the jacuzzi and pool. I was there for 7 nighs and by the end I was little tired from the same selection at the breakfast.

The location is good and close to the beach and it's easy to get into town.

The beds are very uncomfortable and even painful. The room did not get cleaned properly and things we asked for didn't get arranged even though they said they would. The pictures of the hotel look great but if you look close in the rooms it's not maintained properly. Dirty floors, wrinkled curtains, stains on seats etc. R Also, reception said they would arrange a shuttle to the airport when we left and when we waited for the shuttle to come we found out they had not arranged a shuttle at all.

Clean room and friendly staff. The acces into the room is through the bathroom (unique design). The spa is fantastic and quite cheap for hotel guest. The hotel in situated near metro station (cca 50m) and relative close to main tourist attractions.

I was in room 1605. Wifi did not work in the room. The signal was weak and it kept Cutting out.

I like the size of the rooms, and the cleaning service.

The room we stayed in was 1100 euros roughly, and they still charged 15 euros for the spa and gym per day. That was just one example of how they kept trying to take money from us during our stay. They have a very small pool which barely fit 4 people, yet 20 people were there. And the nice pool was at a cost.

I was very impressed with the reseption staff.The guys were really nice and helpfull.Hoever I could not say same about he barr tenders as they were to "friendly"I would recomend the hotel for wheelchair users as it was very easy to get around.

One of our rooms shower wasnot clean when we arrived.We were charged full price of the rooms before the arrival date ,which was very unplesent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we were not informed about this kind of practice.

Very noizy during the nights, because very close to loud clubs The indoor swimming pool is a completely seperate wellness center, you can not just go there and relax half an hour with the kids after a bysy day (you can, but it costs 20€ per person, each time) The restaurant is very good for breakfast, but service at dinner was very poor and slow. The quality of the food was OK.

Hotel has several recreational facilitities, e.g. waterpool. Rooms are nice.

Internet was disappearing every evening. The hotel is located around some weird storehouses.

Pretty near to the beachside. Also convinient to metro. Few mins walk.

Staff at the reception is very rude. Not just one but most of them. Didnt they have a proper words or language to speak in a manner with customer at least? Such a bad customer service. Unbelievable!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff is friendly and cosy, the accommodation is okay, and the breakfast delicious.

We tried to eat in the hotel several times and it never worked. Moreover the plates available for the room service were not available (just some sandwiches).

The bedrooms had a very quirky design, nice for something to be a bit different. Nice outdoor area, even if the pool was empty. Cleanliness was good, only a little dust. Location wasn't too bad, but not the best if you want to walk out of the hotel and there be a couple of bars and restaurants.

One women at reception very poor to put it nicely. When we first arrived at the hotel, no help what do ever. Pool was empty when we arrived. Tried to eat lunch in the hotel, but nobody came and served us so we went elsewhere.

Room was quiet

I got a smoking room and was never asked whether I want smoking or non-smoking. Service was not flexible, and prices skyrocketed when I needed extension.

Hotel rooms were nice, however, heating problems existed in some rooms. Also noise from Night club located at the back of the hotel, meant guests awake until club closed at 4.30am.

During stay at the hotel my bag was stolen from the reception area. When reporting it to the Receptionist I was informed this was a common feature of the hotel. Despite admitting to having had this done to other guests, (and it happened in the Reception area), the security guard was never seen. Also discrepancy occured when for the evening meal, when drinks were put on table and we were informed they were included, however at the end of the meal we were billed. Manager was non-active.

Clean rooms, but noise from nightclub at rear of hotel means you won't get much sleep until after 4.30am.

POOR MANAGEMENT - I had my bag stolen from the reception and was told this was a regular occurrence. No sign of hotel security. Manager didn't even apologise. There was a real reluctance to contact the police. Behind the hotel is a very noisy nightclub. I have stayed in Barcelona many times, usually in the Eixample area, but this area is much rougher. The hotel also appeared to have a prostitute working outside and around the bar. Beware of extra charges due to misinformation from staff.
