The position of the aprtment was perfect - right on the Ramblas. The apartment was modern and spotless. Also plenty big enough for a family of 6. Great value for money.

I liked the convenience and comfort of the apartment

The front door. On the night we were leaving someone locked it and we could not get out. We had to get another guest out of bed.We could have missed our flight. We were also charged for the taxi while it was waiting outside for 20 mins The door should be on button release.

The place was great; superb location right on the busy Las Ramblas. Very clean.

When we arrived the person that checked us in did not speak any English. We had a very difficult time trying to get him to understand that we already paid 25% down on the room. We spent 45 minutes trying to get this corrected. Another person from the store next door came in to help. We were also told an additional $50 cleaning fee applied but the website stated this was included in the rate.
