My request for a cake to be sent to the room exactly at 12midnight for my fiance's birthday was amazingly carried out by the staff. Really impressed as I thought they would probably forgotten about it. Swimming pool was fantastic, very clean. For the fact that the hotel provides sports channel as well, that is a plus point

Beside the two check-in/out counters, the staff opened one more to cater for the long queue during the peak hours. Though busy but they still put on their smile to answer all the questions. But I would like the hotel to consider to have more counters during the peak hours as the queue is very long. Maybe cater only from Fri to Sun. I had waited for half an hour to check-in. I would like to praise for the brilliant ideas

They helped me with currency conversion, numerous taxi bookings and when I asked for a room with a good view they certainly delivered. My flight did not leave until 1am and after a whole day shopping I was rather flustered. So, the hotel staff sorted me out with toiletries, towels, a place to shower, access to the pool to cool off and looked after my bags. The customer service from the staff is one of the best I have experienced.
