I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone! It was an amazing hotel experience with luxury taste and design with so much value. The staff were absolutely lovely, accomodating and best of all had character and made you feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and designed so thoughtfully you wanted to actually just stay in, but with all the activities you can do on the island this made it hard. Then there was the buffet breakfast and the swimming pool, the free shuttle service and pr.
all reviews » I would like to compliment the hotel staff especially the counter staff. Beside the two check-in/out counters, the staff opened one more to cater for the long queue during the peak hours. Though busy but they still put on their smile to answer all the questions. But I would like the hotel to consider to have more counters during the peak hours as the queue is very long. Maybe cater only from Fri to Sun. I had waited for half an hour to check-in. I would like to praise for the brilliant ideas . This is the best of the rws resorts by far and a hidden gem due to its more secluded location. The size of the bedroom at over 50 sqm is luxuriously comfortable but not grand. The king-size bed was almost flawless although I am a very sensitive sleeper. We also had a great package deal that included breakfast and tickets to Universal Studio, Water Park and the new Oceanarium. The buffet breakfast at the Forest was above average of the other five-star hotels in Sentosa. We liked it enough that w. Good location but not the best in Sentosa for example the Festive and Michael hotels are located in the best area in Sentosa. Equarius's rooms are really spacious and clean. I liked the room's design and the other services as Exchange currency is available the same rate I got in Airport and you could purchase any tickets from the hotel like Universal or Aquarium or Adventure Water. In the end I've got really good time there and I would recommend this hotel for short trip MAX 3 nights and MIN 2 . 1. Very friendly and polite staffs that made my day. This was a one night staycation and I must say that Equarius hotel was nothing but awesome. The room was exceptionally spacious. During check-in, the friendly and helpful staff had given us a free upgrade to a deluxe room with garden balcony instead. As the hotel was situated slightly further away from the main attractions, they had provided a free shuttle service every 5-7 minutes to/from hotel. The room...perfect! I book through online n wrote a request that I wan to face adventure cove n indeed when I checked in they gave me the view. When I reached there, there seem to be some fire alarm going on n most of the guests was waiting at the lobby which is quite messy but the staff manage to solve the problem in a systematic way n let us check in very fast. The bathroom is very big. All staff are so super friendly and helpful. We had a room on the third floor with a huge balcony and the room was fantastic. My wheelchair bound father got a complimentary birthday cake on his birthday and all staff were so helpful and ind to him. I will love to go stay in Hotel Equarius again. We stayed here for 3d/2n and I must say i'm very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and they accomodated all my requests. The room was big and exceptional. I suggest taking the 3rd floor rooms because the balcony is very huge (has their own lawn in the balcony). It was huge! There was even a tv in the bathroom! The place was serene and quiet... Even with two noisy toddlers... Great housekeeping. It was fantastic when we could enter Adventure Cove via the private entrance that was just beside the hotel! Service was prompt and quick. Cleanliness.. So ultra modern yet traditional. The gardens and greenery. All cared for and properly manicured. Was like its people respected public property and catered well with cuisine for couples or families whom wanted local food or western options. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.Booking in was very easy and most informative as to where and how to get to the resorts attractions.I give the resort 10 out of 10,we had a fantastic time there. The hotel room given its size had too small a wardrobe and there were not enough drawers for clothings. We instead left ours unpacked mostly. The shampoo and bath gel were of average quality and commonly found in all the other rws hotels. The breakfast though good in variety, did not have anyone doing eggs on the spot. All were pre-cooked and if eggs play a central role in your breakfast, you will be disappointed. Next time if I ever would come again to Sentosa I'll choose Festive Hotel because of the location ONLY. 1. Came earlier to try for early check in. Was told they will give me a call once room was ready but did not receive any. 2. Not many tv channel options and no movie channels 3. No conditioner as part of toiletries 4. No water spray for toilet use. Although our room was upgraded, the view from the balcony was just trees. It would have been better if we were given the room facing the Adventure cove. The location... a bit far but lucky they have a shuttle bus to shuttle the in house guests. No buffet... need to walk to hard rock cafe then can have the buffet. The only drawback was their limited selection of TV channels. If i remember it correctly, they only offer 20 channels. Few of which are english. Initially, I was told to wait till 3 plus for a room. Luckily, we managed to get our room by 3. The breakfast queue at 9 is rather long... Nice place but the selection at festive and Hard Rock Cafe seemed better... We didnt like the prices of many things.. Couldnt do any shopping. No bargain outlets. We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant, Forest is closed after 2.15pm (22 Mar), where we had planned to get some food and recharge ourselves and away from all the crowd after whole morning at Universal Studio. Service of the hotel staff were inconsistent. Better training should be provided. not that of what one would expect from a 5 star luxury hotel. No Free Wifi. Why else can you complain? Eco friendly water tap... ehhh I can suffer with it. But they never come to fix the bath tub tap problem. a little short-handed with on-site ready personnel to help with bags and queries. TV controllers were not working that well; had to use mobile phone's IR blaster on quite a few occasions There were visible dirt stains on the carpet just before the wardrobe Delivered a birthday cake instead of the wedding anniversary cake the frontdesk said will be delivered Long queue for check in and check out (can have more counters open). Basically not much just check in time does take a while... The buffet breakfast was not up to standard... Very late check-in hour - 15. Breakfast needs to improve, not much to choose from. Internet wasnt free and at a high price charged, luckly I bought a sim card at the airport which has high speed 3g and much cheaper than the hotel's internet charge. Is expensive... but worth it. The bath tub grouting worn out when we I used it we never realized until I feel so itchy coz almost all the grouting go to the water and makes my skin itchy. Wifi too expensive, the movies are not free and not enough free Tv channels. A few times we called the front desk but no one is answering, so we need to repeat several times. There's a slight weird smell in the toilet that comes and goes. Check in is veeeeeery bad..looong quee. n/a. Not enough cable movie channels. Not accessible to other hotels and shopping outlets.. The price was a little steep, the hotel should provide a breakfast package. The staffs are friendly and helpful, but the checking in process can be improved. I went there early in the morning to settle the check in process, however it took me equally long to collect my room card in the afternoon. - Breakfast is Asian cousin and not international. - Sauna, jacuzzi with extra money. Check-in process. no free internet , also no breakfast is available on the hotel. air conditioning is TOO COLD not enough English speaking TV channels. A bit romote from the Resort World attractions (compared to other hotels in Resort World, E.G. Festive, Michael...). Need to take shuttle bus (avaliable every 15 min <-- okay) when going out.
