It was also a relatively good value during the F1 Grand Prix time, everything really jumped in price. We were going to stay at a different hotel, but found an acceptable price at the Pan Pacific, we are so happy for that, it was much nicer than the alternate hotel, which we did stay one night.

This is a great hotel in a central location right above City Hall MRT Station, with easy walking to the Harbor areas and the Singapore Flyer etc. We travelled from the airport via the MRT for S$2.40 (£1.20 approx.) Concierge were most obliging from local advice and knowledge, luggage security once checked out etc. The room was very comfortable with a work desk area which was most helpful. Would look to stay here again when traveling to Singapore.

A hotel within a country club
The well maintained Residence is located on the third floor of a country club in town, and comprises of 26 rooms and 2 suites, facing either the Padang (cricket lawn) or the city. The swimming pool which is located at the corner of the basement, which feels like a pond within a cave.
Cleanliness did not disappoint.

Park Royal on Beach road is an exceptional property and the rate that Igot through LetsBookHotel.com was really excellent. My stay was exceptionaland as with the other Park Royal hotels in Singapore, the gym and therestaurants are exceptional. - Good service, interesting location. Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.
