Saint Petersburg Rooms for Disabled Guests Hotels

Excellent Modern Hotel less than one block off the famous Nevsky Prospect, the main shopping street area in St. Petersburg. The hotel is located in two buildings and is busy with all types of travelers. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and yet so close to the noise of Nevsky. A 2 minute walk to get to Nevsky, ideal!!! The concierge, Natalia, was excellent with Restaurant Recommendations, bang on for what we were looking for, arranging tours, car and - Jean

My recent 5 day stay at the Ambassador was an outstanding treat. The recently remodeled hotel is elegant and top quality in every aspect. Starting in the lobby, elegant styling and quality materials are evident everywhere. The rooms are comfortable in size with luxurious bath, internet if needed and a bed so comfortable that I hated to leave it in the morning. The sumptuous breakfast certainly made it worth getting up. Very pleased with our room and the hotel overall. We were with a tour group so cannot comment on the rates, however, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is "new". An older building was completely renovated and everything was in great shape. Rooms were nice. The in-hotel pub restaurant was great (Irish theme). Main dining room was wonderful. Very good breakfast buffet. Free internet access off the lobby was a plus. - Alex

This hotel is a great value with beautiful ammentities and helpful staff. The reason for the reasonable price is that it is a little out of the way; a long walk to the Winter Palace and Nevsky Prospect. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of Russian and American foods. I would definitely stay here again. - Peter

Stayed here in 2007 and just returned to find this hotel MUCH improved. The breakfasts are amongst the best I have experienced in many hotels of this type. The rooms are modern and spacious with very nice bathrooms. Courteous staff by Russian standards. Please don't be put off by 'old' reviews; this hotel deserves a higher rating than TA reflects at the moment. - Lloyd

We stayed 4 nights in January as the second leg of our trip to Russia following 5 nights in Moscow. This hotel was a fraction of the price of our Moscow Hotel, yet so much better. After difficulty in finding the hotel (even the taxi driver had no idea where to find it) we received a friendly welcome from the two receptionists who both spoke perfect English. The Courtyard by Marriott was very nice and clean room were new and clean with large bath tub. Its a brand new hotel , staff is very friendly and they all speak english well. Nice resturant in the hotel which is a bit pricey. Get the plan with the breakfast it s cheaper that way and it s good and will get you through the day. Free Wi Fi in the lobby and bar area. Its also right on the Neva River. Good rates... Also try the Beresta resturant behind the hotel very good food good service and is che - Yvonne

It is a truly 5* (not always tough reality match the official rating) Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is located on Nevsky Prospect, the main street of St Petersburg. Not far from the major city attractions (25min walk from Hermitage, 20 min from the Spilled Blood Church or the Marinsky Teather). Elegant, stylish, classy in an old-fashion sense. The most helpful staff I have the pleasure to meet. They help me to get a visa (not an easy task) and smooth me way to the city. Big room a - Brice

The rooms were large and clean. The staff was most helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a great selection and was very tasty. A must hit is the roof top bar with amazing city views. The Renaissance offered the perfect launching pad for exploring St. Petersburg. It was within easy walking distance of many of the must sees as well as the main shopping streets. - Judith
