It is a wonderful hotel. Service was uniformly excellent. Room was spacious, immaculate, with large closets and huge bathroom. Breakfast was included in our room rate, wonderful and they make eggs to order. Hotel was 2 blocks from the Hermitage - we had a terrific stay. I went to the hotel's website and it looked nice and updated, so I went with it. When I got there I was amazed with how clean the hotel and its rooms are. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, everyone spoke good English (and I believe German). Breakfasts were good, everything was fresh and tasty.
